Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; vocational school or apprenticeship preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience operating injection molding
• 1-3 years' experience working with manufacturing
• Must have a positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Ability to read, interpret drawings/blueprints and follow routers
• Knowledge of plastic and metal properties
• Excellent Outstanding mathematical skills and analytical abilities
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, punctual, and regular attendance

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding equipment and adjust process parameters.
• Perform quality control inspections on finished products.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments.
