Job summary

SANKO GOSEI TECH in the United States seeks a Press Operator to monitor injection molding machinery and prepare parts for subsequent operations. You will audit product and process quality, package parts with proper labeling, and enter production data into Plex while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You will be trained to company standards and SWIs. The role requires good hand-eye coordination, the ability to stand long hours, and clear communication with shifts and operators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle parts by hand.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Effective communication with operators and shift supervisor.
• Accurate completion of forms and labels per SOPs.
• Willingness to learn Plex data entry and labeling processes.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injection molding machinery operation.
• Prepare parts for the next step per SWI requirements.
• Ensure parts meet quality criteria and be trained on criteria.
• Package parts and maintain correct identification and acceptance status.
• Complete production forms and labels for the job.
• Enter production and scrap data into Plex system.
• Fill out daily forms and submit to Shift Supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Shift Supervisor.
