Job summary

DeRoyal Industries, Inc. is hiring Injection Mold Operators for the Royal Precision Plastics Team in Powell, TN. The position offers 12-hour shifts, from 7 to 7 with an alternating schedule and every other weekend.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires, along with medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, and 401(k) with a 4% match. The role focuses on testing, inspecting and packaging to support efficient molding operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift and basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, inspection and packaging to ensure proper function of injection molding machines.
• Document test results accurately.
• Release, package and palletize products for shipment.
• Ensure machines operate within specifications and maintain materials and labels at the work area.
• Follow work instructions and complete process/product checklists.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Arrive on time and work with team members and supervisors.
