Job summary

Georg Fischer Ltd. in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to start and shut down injection molding machines, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and perform mold changes and tooling installs.

You will conduct preventative maintenance, document set-ups, work with CMMS, follow LOTO safety procedures, and collaborate with production to meet schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Start and shut down injection molding machines according to work orders.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Assemble injection molds and set up End of Arm tooling.
• Maintain setup records and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure material traceability and on-time production.
