Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to five years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Completion of Company provided Basic Technical Training Course within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Starts and shuts down injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoots injection molding machines.
• Assembles injection molds for production runs.
• Removes and installs plastic injection molds.
• Sets up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal.
• Ensures proper materials are used at each machine.
• Maintains set-up records on tools and maintenance.
• Troubleshoots and repairs Electrical, Mechanical systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment.
