Job summary

Cimarron Energy in Marlow, OK is seeking an Industrial Painter for the PM shift to apply precision spray coatings on oil and gas equipment in accordance with government, customer and company specifications.

You will prepare surfaces, mix coatings, operate spray equipment, and ensure clean, organized work areas while following safety procedures and Lean improvement practices. Previous painting experience is required; clean room and PPE protocols apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or two years work experience.
• Two years experience in paint application; understands paint systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint coatings to oil and gas equipment per specs.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming as needed.
• Load and mix coating materials; operate spray equipment.
• Monitor temperature, pressures and curing; adjust as required.
• Keep work area clean; assist with waste handling and safety compliance.
