Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with spray painting equipment, surface preparation, masking, and finishing.
• Ability to pass full-face and half-mask respirator fit testing.
• Stable work history, dependable transportation, and willingness to work OT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and components for painting according to production requirements.
• Mask and protect areas to ensure proper coating application.
• Operate industrial spray painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply coatings to parts, ensuring consistent coverage and finish quality.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain spray equipment and work areas, following safety procedures and company policies.
