Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, mechanical prints, and specifications.
• Experience performing dimensional inspections of machined, fabricated, electronic, or electro‑mechanical components.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming machined, fabricated, electronic, and electro‑mechanical components per requirements.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Verify supplier documentation and First Article Inspection (FAI) packages when required.
• Review nonconforming material and support disposition activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Enter inspection results and quality data into company systems.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality procedures.
• Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
