Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders per blueprints and specs.
• Install seals, pistons, rods, and end caps with accuracy.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure proper fit.
• Perform pressure and functional testing on completed cylinders.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments during assembly.
• Maintain production and quality records and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate issues to supervisors or quality control staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
