Responsibilities

• Wipe down, buff, and inspect parts to identify flaws or damage.
• Sand and buff damaged areas to create a smooth, shiny surface.
• Cut flaws out of fiberglass and fill with gel coat mixture.
• Paint over gel coat areas to achieve a flawless finish.
• Repair crooked paint lines and major hull/deck damage as needed.
• Inspect and finesse the boat at the end of the line.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
