Job summary

Creo Industrial Arts, LLC in Woodinville, WA seeks a Metal Painter with HVLP spray experience to apply acrylic polyurethane paints to high-end architectural pieces. You will inspect surfaces, mask areas, prep and sand, and help maintain paint booth logs and safety standards.

Daily duties include maintaining quality standards, coordinating with fabrication and lead painters, and ensuring materials are available for timely production.

Qualifications

• Must have experience painting on metal and using an airless sprayer.
• Minimum of two years' experience applying liquid coatings in a high quality environment.
• Experience with hand tools and sanding equipment.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings as needed for the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards in the paint application process.
• Inspect surfaces to be sprayed and ensure finish meets standards.
• Perform some sanding and prep work as needed.
• Apply masking materials precisely according to shop drawings.
• Maintain a safe working environment and PPE usage documentation.
• Monitor inventory and re-order materials as needed.
• Maintain daily paint booth log sheets.
• Uphold the 5S program and housekeeping requirements.
