• Minimum 1 year of machine shop experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production instructions.
• Basic math skills (fractions and decimals).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate honing machines based on customer specifications, blueprints, and production documentation.
• Verify tooling and part specifications prior to production to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform in-process inspections to maintain product quality standards.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting safety and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and training requirements.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues immediately.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
