Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine shop or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and blueprints.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and math basics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinding machines according to customer specifications, engineering prints, and internal production documentation.
• Verify tooling and part specifications before production to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain production efficiency while adhering to safety and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and training requirements at all times .
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
