Qualifications

• Experience operating high-power manufacturing equipment in a factory setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with machining tolerances and measurement tools.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill press, milling machine, and fabrication tools.
• Set up and program machinery using CAD/CAM and Fanuc controls.
• Read blueprints and GD&T to produce parts.
• Perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and proper inventory control.
• Collaborate with team on assembly and packaging tasks to meet deadlines.
• Document machine operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and tooling needs.
