Job summary

ATL Construction Inc. in East Bridgewater, MA seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to drive precision results on commercial sitework projects. You will operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders and backhoes, interpreting plans and configuring GPS/laser guidance to meet exact specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Massachusetts 2A hoisting license and Class D license.
• DOT Medical Card valid.
• 5+ years in civil excavation and commercial site work.
• Ability to read construction plans and use GPS/laser guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, skid steers, graders and backhoes with precision.
• Interpret plans and configure GPS and lasers to meet specs.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and basic servicing.
• Maintain weekly equipment logs and usage reports.
• Collaborate with ground workers and site supervisors for safety.
• Adapt operations to terrain and weather while meeting timelines.
• Uphold safety standards and SOPs on site.
