Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including:
  • Excavators
  • Dozers
  • Track Loaders
  • Motor Graders
  • Rollers
  • Backhoes
• Perform excavation, grading, site development, and utility installation work.
• Read and understand grade stakes, site plans, and GPS machine control systems.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Work safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment.
• GPS machine control experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sitework, elevations, and compaction.
• Ability to work independently without constant direction.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.

Pay: $28–$38/hr (based on experience) + Overtime

Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekends

Location: Jobsites located within a 75-mile radius of Blandon, PA
