Qualifications

• Two+ years of heavy equipment experience on commercial sites.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and safety regulations.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to perform physically demanding work in various weather.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• GPS/precision equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders.
• Prepare sites with land clearing, grading, trenching, and excavation.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment as needed.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe site.
• Collaborate with supervisors, PMs, and crew to meet goals.
• Maintain records on equipment use, maintenance, and progress.
• Identify issues to minimize delays and ensure quality.
