• Follow procedures to ensure quality, efficiency and safety.
• Able to handle weights over 50 lbs and work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate all belt, rotary, internal quench and tempering furnaces and associated finishing equipment.
• Retrieve and replace components between processes to maintain continuous operation.
• Assist, train and develop new operators.
