Qualifications

• 1+ year in heat treat or furnace operation preferred
• Ability to read and follow process instructions precisely
• Comfort with gauges, micrometers, and basic inspection techniques
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a hot manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and operate heat-treat furnaces, quench presses, and washers.
• Track temperatures, soak times, and cycles to specifications.
• Perform hardness checks and basic quality inspections.
• Use hoists or lift equipment to move baskets, trays, and components safely.
• Log production counts and process data accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
