Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Component Processing Technician to inspect, test, assemble, clean, and package heart valves and OEM components in a medical device manufacturing setting. You will follow visual, dimensional, functional, and leak testing methods to ensure product quality in a clean room.

On-site role with equipment like vacuum furnaces and ultrasonic machines; you will document test results and adhere to GxP, FDA, and ISO standards while maintaining precise inspection techniques

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in manufacturing, inspection, or assembly preferred.
• Experience in FDA- and ISO-regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to read detailed instructions and drawings with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, assemble, clean and package heart valves and OEM components.
• Operate in clean room environments and document test results.
• Perform visual, dimensional, functional and leak testing inspections.
