Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating and setting up cold heading machinery.
• Experience using precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate cold heading equipment to meet production requirements.
• Manufacture quality parts according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Monitor production processes and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality.
• Record production output and setup activity in the production tracking system.
• Identify and report equipment issues, tooling concerns, and material discrepancies.
