Blackout Dynamics is a precision firearms manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented Precision Hand Finishing Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will hand-finish aerospace and defense components to exact specifications, requiring patience, steady hands, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

:1-3 years of manufacturing, finishing, polishing, assembly, inspection, or related experience.
:Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.
:Experience reading technical drawings is a plus.
:Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)

Responsibilities

Perform precision deburring and edge-breaking operations on machined components
Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections to specification requirements
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify compliance with quality standards
Use hand tools, abrasives, microscopes, and other precision finishing equipment
Maintain consistency and quality across production batches
Keep a clean and organized work area
Communicate production and quality concerns with supervisors and team members
