Caterpillar Inc. Mapleton Seals is seeking a Grinding Specialist to operate grinding machines and produce precision parts per specifications. The role demands high precision, safety focus, and teamwork, with 40 hours per week and overtime potential.

Starting wage is $23.22 per hour, plus a 3rd shift premium of $1.00/hour and benefits from day one. Responsibilities include setting up grinders, producing parts within tolerance, inspecting work, and following written directions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
