Precision Grinding Quality Assurance InspectorLocation: Houston, TXA day in the lifeYour shift begins at the bench, zeroing calipers and micrometers and validating dial bore gages. You open the job traveler, review the blueprint, and kick off a First Article Inspection to confirm the first part is exactly to spec. You capture readings, validate hardness on the tester, and record everything in our ERP system. Mid-morning, a tolerance drift triggers a quick 5 Why session with production. You analyze the data, refine the SOP, and help the team lock the process back in.
