Dimar Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a grinding operator to set up, operate, and maintain grinding and related processes. You will remove burrs and surface imperfections, polish final surfaces, and ensure tight tolerances on sheet metal parts.

Position offers multiple shifts Monday–Friday with opportunities for overtime. Ideal candidates possess basic grinding tool knowledge, safety discipline, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, or tend grinding and related tools to remove excess material or burrs and produce a smooth surface.
• Operate all tools for grinding, deburring, sanding and polishing with proficiency in grinding sheet metal.
• Examine and feel surface for defects before proceeding.
• Move grinder over the workpiece to remove scratches and imperfections.
• Polish ground areas to achieve a smooth, unmarred surface.
