Job summary

GetHired, Inc. in Santa Fe Springs is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join a busy precision grinding team. You will perform manual setups, load material, and operate production equipment, ensuring part accuracy with calipers and precision tools.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, handling sheet metal and precision components, and driving overhead cranes as needed. Shift options include 1st–3rd, with possible OT depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years machine operator experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Aerospace industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual machine setups, load material, and operate production equipment.
• Use calipers & precision measurement tools to verify part accuracy.
• Work primarily with sheet metal and precision components.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Operate overhead crane/hoist for material handling.
• Operate machines such as punch press, drill press, grinding industrial machines.
