Job summary

EMC Precision, a longtime manufacturer of precision parts, is seeking an experienced machinist. The candidate should be able to dress wheels, set blade heights, read drawings and micrometers, and adjust machine settings to maintain tight tolerances.

Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen, have a solid work history, and hold a High School diploma or GED (preferred). This on-site position offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to dress wheels.
• Must be able to set work blade heights.
• Must have experience holding tolerances to .0001.
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Read micrometer and other precision instruments.
• Calculate/adjust machine settings.
• Identify/solve problems.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Possess a solid work history.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
