Qualifications

• Experience with OD/ID and infeed grinding.
• Knowledge of gauging equipment for tight tolerances.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Determining grinding speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures, and grinding wheels to be used.
• Determining product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be ground per blue prints and router instructions.
• Applicant must be able to setup and use micrometers, dial bore gages, snap gages, profilometers, sin bars, etc.
• Attention to detail and following instructions.
• Having a general understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
