Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in machining, preferably grinding.
• Experience with Surface/OD/ID and Wet Grinders.
• Skilled with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up grinding equipment and dress wheels to tolerances.
• Adjust speeds/feeds to meet specs.
• Inspect workpieces with precision measuring tools.
• Maintain safe, organized work area.
• Operate multiple grinder types (Wet, Surface, OD/ID).
