Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Grinder to perform internal and external surface grinding and finishing on a variety of metal parts. You will operate hand-held, backstand, swing grinders, belt sanders, and band saws to meet finish specs and tolerances.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of grinding experience preferred. You will work in a safety‑conscious environment with PPE and routine maintenance of equipment.

Qualificações

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Testing may be required for new employees.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain grinders to shape and finish castings and parts.
• Remove flash, sprues, gates, and risers from castings.
• Achieve specified surface finish and tolerances.
• Perform cosmetic defect repair and deburring.
• Prepare parts for subsequent processes and ensure clean surfaces.
