Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Grinder/ Debur at our Lake Hallie plant in Wisconsin. You will operate grinding and deburring machines to finish metal parts to specifications and inspect finished products for quality.

You will maintain a clean, safe workspace, support production goals with teammates, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. We value detail‑oriented individuals who follow instructions and communicate effectively; prior grinding or deburring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in grinding, deburring, or similar manufacturing roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
