Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for Niantic Seal to set up and operate cutting and splicing machinery, assemble, test, and inspect components per WO information and customer specs. This full-time role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficient production across a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, can lift up to 15 lbs, and will work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate knife cutter to cut gaskets based on part number and drawing.
• Die cut gaskets using clicker presses, PRECO & rotary presses.
• Perform inspection and packing operation. Ensure correct packaging materials are used.
• Cut extruded materials to specified lengths.
• Splice O-rings and package per Work order specs.
• Maintain productivity and meet time targets without compromising quality.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
