Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to follow work instructions and recognize when something doesn't look right.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team members and carriers.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move packages up to 10 feet.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts from inventory for customer orders.
• Collect completed products from production areas.
• Check parts, quantities, labels, and product quality.
• Maintain organization of orders and paperwork in the order staging area.
• Package orders safely and efficiently, including boxes and pallets.
• Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.
• Operate packaging machinery such as pallet wrapper, bander, scale and labelers.
• Help load and unload trucks.
• Keep work areas, supplies, and inventory organized.
• Help with inventory and other departmental activities as needed.
• Work closely with Shipping, Receiving, and Production to ensure on-time shipping.
