Job summary

Suttle-Straus is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Waunakee, WI. The role focuses on accurate order picking, packing, and timely shipping to customers, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The position supports continuous improvement efforts and requires the ability to read job tickets, operate material handling equipment, and multi-task across duties in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience in warehouse pick/pack.
• Proficient keyboard and computer skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, man-up order pickers and riding pallet jacks preferred.
• Strong counting and reading ability.
• General knowledge of shipping carriers and services.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the production job ticket and fulfillment pick lists
• Run forklifts, man-up order pickers, and riding pallet jacks
• Ensure that product is properly packages and prepared for shipment
• Pack orders made up of multiple items into boxes
• Assist in the implementation of ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Assure that all safety procedures and policies are followed
• Keep work areas clean
