Job summary
KMC Controls is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Shipping Associate to support accurate and timely movement of products through our warehouse and shipping operations. The role involves shipping, receiving, inventory, and production support by verifying materials and shipment information and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities include order picking, packing, labeling, documenting shipments, and using ERP systems to process inventory transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse/shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred; role-specific training provided.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately according to sales orders and packing lists.
- Pack, seal, label, weigh, and stage products for shipment.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping details before movement or shipment.
- Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing lists.
- Process shipments and inventory transactions using ERP systems.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and returns.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment safely.
