Job summary

Gossner Foods in Utah is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dairy production team. You will safely operate a forklift, position pallets, and use inventory systems to keep products in their correct warehouse locations.

Training pay starts at $18.25/hour with potential to reach $20.25/hour after meeting skill levels. We offer strong benefits including health insurance, PTO, holiday pay incentives, and a 401k with company contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift with precision.
• Navigate racking system and tight spaces.
• Rack pallets up to 16 feet high without damaging equipment.
• Scan pallets from production to ensure correct warehouse locations.
• Use computer and inventory systems to locate products and codes.
• Learn the equipment and loading procedures.
• Recognize labels and identify different pallets and locations.
• Be a reliable team player and perform other duties as assigned.
