Job summary

Gossner Foods, Inc. in Logan, UT is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate a forklift, scan pallets, and organize inventory across our dairy warehouse. The role requires 18+ years of age, US work authorization, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Candidates must pass a background check and drug test. The swing shift runs 4 pm–12:30 am, six days a week with weekend incentives. Training pay starts at $18.25/hour with potential to reach $20.25/hour after skill level milestones.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift with precision.
• Drive in/out of tight spaces while keeping lift off racks and rails.
• Rack pallets around 2,000 lb to 16 feet high without damage.
• Use scanners to ensure correct warehouse locations.
• Utilize inventory systems to locate products and codes.
• Learn the equipment and loading procedures.
• Recognize and understand warehouse labels and pallet locations.
• Assist supervisor with other duties as needed.
