Job summary

DFA is seeking a General Laborer to join a fast-paced Wisconsin production team. You will help load, unload, move, and pack materials, aiming for high-quality output on the line. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can follow directions in a fast-moving environment. Warehouse or production experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Certification or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators as necessary.
• Load and unload materials, ingredients, parts, products, cases, crates, and pallets.
• Move, stack, or place items on conveyor manually or mechanically.
• Deliver production or area-specific items to designated work areas for processing.
• Pack products in crates or boxes by hand.
• Sort, bundle, and fill containers or place in assembled units.
• Mark or put identifying labels on product loads.
• Construct or de-construct shipping boxes.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the assigned area.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Report quality and operational issues or irregularities to supervisor as they occur.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety requirements.
