Menards Inc. is hiring for a Production/Machine Operator in concrete block manufacturing. The role involves operating and monitoring manufacturing machines, setting up equipment and molds, and adjusting settings to meet quality targets.

Responsibilities include inspecting blocks, performing basic maintenance, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Forklift operation is included and advancement opportunities exist within the team.

Primary Responsibilities
