Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Must possess a high level of technical proficiency to assist operators in problem solving and meet production process.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, program, and ensure the machine is running properly for production and complete checks; enter information in the tablets.
• Ensure products meet Quality specifications before reaching the consumer.
• Meet setup expectations and start lines on time.
• Maintain or exceed yields and efficiencies by following efficiency standards.
• Meet standards of scheduled run times for the lines.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards in a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all GMPs, guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
