Job summary

RUPRECHT CO is seeking a machine operator to run and monitor a production line in a cold production environment. The role requires entering data on tablets, ensuring quality specifications are met, and maintaining efficient run times.

The ideal candidate has prior food production experience and knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations. Candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a team while adhering to strict sanitation standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a food production environment is required.
• Must be technically proficient to assist operators in problem solving and meet production goals.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine on the production line and perform daily checks.
• Enter information in tablets and ensure machine runs properly for production.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications before reaching the consumer.
• Meet set up expectations and run-times, maintain yields and efficiencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow GMPs and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
