Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Previous food or beverage manufacturing is a plus.
• Must read, understand and communicate to team members in the area.
• Must do simple math, conversions and use formulas to compute run rates.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to run production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operation of industrial food processing equipment.
• Follow precise recipes and procedures, monitor and adjust processing variables.
• Perform product quality tests and data collection.
• Monitor fryer temperatures and oil temperatures to maintain consistency.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment.
• Change slicing heads hourly to ensure consistency.
