Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Packer to prepare and pack finished food products in a fast-paced production environment. You will label sandwiches, verify product information, organize completed items, and support the production team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, work around moving equipment, and operate in a cold environment (~40°F). English proficiency and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push and lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Work around moving equipment and on wet floors in a production setting.
• Comfortable working in a cold production environment (~40°F).
• Ability to read, understand, and follow production specifications and counts.
• Must read, write, and speak English clearly for instructions.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced production line and adapting to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Place and verify labels on finished sandwiches and other products per VPS.
• Follow label verification procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Count finished products and plan carts per production schedule.
• Calculate run rates and organize products into trays.
• Maintain an efficient and organized production line.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, FDA, USDA, and BRC requirements.
• Keep work area clean and safe; perform additional duties as needed.
