Quality Packaging Inc. in Fond du Lac, WI seeks a Folder Gluer Operator for 1st shift. You will set up and run folder gluer machines, read tickets, fold and glue to spec, and ensure quality throughout production.

We offer full-time, non-exempt employment with pay ranging from $20 to $28 per hour depending on experience. Strong reading, math, and teamwork are required; HS diploma is required.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate folder gluer machines (including the DGM and Diana) according to job specs — clean setups, minimal waste
• Read and follow production tickets accurately from start to finish
• Fold and glue product to exact customer specifications every run
• Pack product by count, check for quality defects, and stage for shipping
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running and downtime low
• Complete job tickets and recap forms accurately — your paperwork matters as much as your output
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and tour-ready every day
• Hit and maintain established machine rates for pieces produced per hour
• Work in a team environment where everyone pulls their weight

• Experienced operator — setup & running multiple jobs: Up to $24–$28/hr

• Minimal Experience / Basic operator Experience:$20 – $23 per hour
• Experienced operator (setup & running multiple jobs):$24 – $28 per hour
• Overtime: Occasional, as needed
