Job summary

The role requires manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols. You will document assembly and testing, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, particularly in fluid end or similar components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Detail-oriented and precise in assembly and testing.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds, stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fluid end components and assemblies according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Perform inspections and tests on assembled fluid ends to verify functionality and compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and inspect parts for assembly, including cleaning, deburring, and verifying dimensions.
• Accurately complete assembly and inspection documentation, including checklists and reports.
• Identify and address assembly issues; collaborate with engineering and quality control to resolve problems.
• Maintain and calibrate assembly tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement of assembly processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality.
