Job summary

Vulcan Industrial is seeking a Fluid End Assembler to read schematics, assemble and test fluid end components, and ensure stringent quality standards. The role requires careful measurement, documentation accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, deburring, inspecting parts, and troubleshooting with engineering and QA teams. Physical requirements include lifting up to 70 pounds and standing for long shifts, with a schedule

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Experience with fluid end components is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly and testing.
Familiarity with hand and power tools and precision instruments.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Assembly fluid end components according to specifications and blueprints.
Perform inspections and tests to verify functionality and quality.
Prepare and inspect parts, including cleaning and deburring.
Complete assembly and inspection documentation accurately.
Troubleshoot issues with engineering and QA teams and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment; ensure safety compliance.
Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
