A leading interior finishes provider is seeking a Floor Flatness Technician to ensure that OSB and concrete floors meet manufactured specified flatness requirements prior to installation. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in concrete work or residential/commercial construction. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn the floor flatness process. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in concrete work or residential/commercial construction.
• Experience with different flooring compounds and levelers.
• Ability to administer floor leveling pours up to 2000 square feet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSB and concrete floors meet flatness requirements.
• Provide support to customers and installers.
• Learn floor flatness processes if not already familiar.
