Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant printing experience (flexographic).
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals) and fine distance measurement experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented communicator (works well with maintenance, QC, managers).
• Background in Flexographic printing / labels & packaging.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate, loading paper rolls and changing stamp/adhesive stations.
• Monitor press operation and adjust pressure, temperature, and speed for quality.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records of output and material usage.
