What you will be doing:

• Setup and Calibration. Loading paper rolls, setting up/change over adhesive station, cutting station, and roll turret.

• Monitor the operation of the press during production, making real-time adjustments to settings like pressure, temperature, and speed to ensure quality and consistency in the output.

• Quality Control.Conducting first-piece and in-process quality inspections is crucial. Press operators ensure that finished products meet precise specifications and quality standards.

• Routine preventative maintenance is a significant part of the role. This includes cleaning, lubricating machinery, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintaining accurate production records is essential. Operators document output, material usage, and any operational issues that arise during production.

What you must have:
