SPIROL International Corporation in Killingly, CT is seeking a Finisher to perform all finishing operations including washing and oiling, while ensuring compliance with EPA and OSHA rules. You will operate finishing equipment and support timely production.

Key duties include verifying cleanliness, reviewing job cards and drawings, following routing instructions, signing off completed work, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; training in environmental management including hazardous waste is not required but listed as basic requirement.
• Mechanical aptitude and mathematical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing processes including Washing (Automatic and Tumbling) and Oiling.
• Follow Job Card and Product Drawing routing instructions to ensure correct processing.
• Review work orders and sign off on completed jobs, ensuring all steps are completed and properly documented.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; comply with EPA and OSHA regulations and SPIROL safety rules.
• Identify and address any discrepancies; notify supervisor of issues promptly.
